Nichole+Eric:TTD 03.27.10

and HERE IT IS!!!!! You know, we really don’t take TTDs’ lightly do we? Yeah. I mean, I suppose we could just take a bride out to a great location and not “trash” the dress…but where is the fun in that? We had such a great day with these two I don’t even know where...

Awesome shots! Very wild and creative!!! You can see that the couple genuinely had fun. :)

Philip Hawkins - April 9, 2010 - 5:09 am

I love the first two photographs with the sun bursting through so dramatically! Looks like you all had plenty of fun lol.

Ben Michaud - April 7, 2010 - 6:49 am

This, this isn’t what I expected to see. So very amazing though, when I got over my shock.

I absolutely love the first photo. It brilliantly lit, the wind seems perfect and I think it’s great how Nichole is in her wedding dress yet Eric is just smart casual and they’re obviously in the middle of nowhere (I never quite recovered my balance after this) all in, what? a half sepia tone?

And then the paint? Dear god the paint. I actually prefer the pre and post paint shots. Love the photo with hands covered in black paint and clean dress – I hadn’t worked out what was happening yet so it shocked me.

And sorry, I’m going on a bit but God I love it. Really like the tenderness of the kiss shot but I think my favourite is the one where they’re walking away form the camera with the big ‘W’. I love the idea it implies of the weeks of planning needed for a wedding, then the wedding itself and then there’s nothing better than ending the day by having a paint fight.

I really wish you two the best for the future – you look like amazingly fun people to be around and probably brilliant people to know too. Congratulations on getting married.

Also really great job on the photos, I was blown away by them, although I don’t follow many photographers you’re probably one of my favourites now just for this. Keep up the great work!

And I’m STILL blown away by it….

OMG, best trash that dress shoot ever. Most brides will only get their dresses a tiny bit dirty or wet. You guys just killed the gown. Awesome work.

Kyle - April 1, 2010 - 11:07 pm

I LOVE that first one of them on the side of the road…just waiting for something to happen.

Katie - April 1, 2010 - 4:34 pm

To Mr. and Mrs. Wolf You are so much fun to do this. Shadowboxing this dress is your own piece of art.

Just stumbled across your blog. Nichole and Eric were great to work with and it was so awesome to be able to travel up to the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay. You do great work. Let’s meet up so I can get some cards.

love love love love love it! you captured every single sentiment of our big day in just these few photographs! i cannot express how deeply grateful that wolf and i both are to have met you mike and perkins. we had a great time hanging out with you guys both before, during and after the wedding festivities. these photos are absolutely amazing (i know people think that we are supposed to say that). We wanted the best pictures of our wedding day and i know that we got them. you weren’t photographers, you were friends.. and that’s the reason i think we got so many great photographs from that day. so thank you, again, for being our friends (then cue the Golden Girls theme song, haha!) <3
